Remove A Dealer

INSTRUCTIONS

When adding a new dealer - All fields must be filled in or the action will fail.
Spelling a State Name incorrectly will cause it to be displayed in the wrong order.
Once a dealer is added it cannot be edited. If there is a mistake you need to remove
the mistake by using the id number and "Remove a Dealer", then re-enter it correctly.
ID NUMBERS can be seen in the left column when you "View Dealer List"
